Sierra began her journey at Lucy Brock as student support staff in 2016. In January 2018, she had the wonderful opportunity of joining the Lucy Brock family as a lead teacher in the Infant/Toddler 2 classroom. She recieved her Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Appalachian State in May 2018. She loves building relationships with children and watching them grow and learn daily. In her free time, she enjoys reading novels, being outside, and traveling!
