Micki is one of the newest members of the Lucy Brock Child Development team, having started in January of 2018. Micki is currently crafting up menus and ensuring the children receive the best food/nutrition possible. She is a recent graduate of Appalachian State University, having received her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition. She is currently furthering her education to obtain a Master’s Degree in Public Health and Nutrition. Long term Micki hopes to focus on early childhood nutrition and implement school gardens.
